Community members turned this alley into a functional work of art with help from Robbyn Lewis and Baltimore Waterfront Partnership. The mural is meant to remind citizens that storm drains flow directly into to Baltimore Inner Harbor ecosystem without treatment. The original mural installation happened in 2016, since then there have been repainting efforts and the addition of new murals.
