Overview
"Josh Mallow, a graduate student in VCU’s Master of Urban Planning and Regional Planning Program, is working on plans for a Gillie’s Creek Greenway. The proposed paved pathway would “connect the uphill neighborhoods of Oakwood and Church Hill North” to the James River and Virginia Capital Trail. The finished document slated for May 2015 will include an implementation strategy, with no timeline for construction at this time."
