Based in Tron Court, the main shopping and social area of Tullibody, THLI's aim is to promote healthy living in its widest sense, making it accessible to the residents of Tullibody, Cambus and Glenochil. We run various activities including Tai Chi, dance classes, computer classes, running group (14+ years) and provide advice on health issues including smoking cessation.
THLI volunteers run the Fruit Barra every thursday 11am - 3pm.
