Description of resource: A five-story building has beautiful front stairs and unique human feature pattern arch. The color of emergency stairs are also matched with the entire building
History of resource: J. Hoffmann was both the architect and the owner of this building that was constructed in 1889. The brick, five-story structure was to be used as a twenty family dwelling. In 1939, fire escapes were erected.
