Parcul Rozelor arată asemenea unui teren abandonat. Acum câţiva ani, în Parcul Rozelor era unul dintre cele mai frumoase lacuri din oraş, unde clujenii se puteau plimba cu barca sau face baie. Din fostele locuri de joacă a mai rămas într-un colţ un ansamblu ruginit cu topogane.
