每天得每天，絡繹不絕的人潮進出捷運站，他們都有著不一樣的方向，為了不一樣的事情，捷運站的紅燈亮了，捷運載著人們前往目的地...。
台北地區長久以來一直是全台灣的龍頭，都市發展快速繁榮，使得人口及車輛快速成長，就像其他國際都會區一般，也開始面臨許多交通問題，因此臺北捷運系統的興建及營運，正是紓解臺北地區長期以來交通問題的一帖良藥，能夠結合其他運輸工具，推廣大眾運輸服務，達成完整的交通運輸網，藉此改善都市動線，活絡都市機能，並且促進都市與周邊地區再發展，還能促成臺北民眾生活品質的再提昇，使臺北成為一個健康的國際城市(文化畢委會 吳瑋庭 杜映儒)
