History
The Brazilian owner, Inflan Gomes, used to work at another business on Ilha Grande. He then decided to open his own business. He hired all Brazilian employees. They also speak Portuguese and English. When walking over the bridge towards the main dock entrance, walk down the passageway that is on the right and the restaurant is on the right.
Sustainable Features
They recycle all the bottles they use by sending them back to the distributor. They only use products manufactured in Brazil, so their menu changes each season, depending on what food is fresh. Part of the training process for their employees includes ecotourism and sustainability techniques, such as using minimal energy and recycling. The wages at this restaurant are enough to support a family. The dishes are also reusable.
