Neries regioninis parkas

Übersicht

Išsilaisvinusi iš betoninių Vilnius krantinių, palikusi daugiaaukščiais nusėtas pakrantes, sraunioji Neris pradeda vingiuoti savo vagą link Kernavės, į Nemuno glėbį. Pratekėjusi vos keletą kilometrų už Grigiškių patenka į ledynų suklostytų kalvų tarpeklį – nuo čia Neris ir jos apylinkės, beveik iki pat Kernavės, yra saugomos valstybės, 1992 metais čia įsteigus Neries regioninį parką.

The Park has been established in the most beautiful segment of the Neris in order to preserve the expressive landscape of the river valley, the distinctive flora and fauna, the unique system of the Neris midland turns and natural tributaries as well as the cultural heritage. The Neris Regional Park is situated in the triangle of Vilnius–Trakai–Kernavė, which is very attractive to tourists and connected by good country roads.
