Overview
Queen Anne Style House
Built in the 1890s, this 2 1/2 story house is a well preserved example of Queen Anne style. The mill work, the front and side facades, and the details of the design are intact and in good condition. The one-story porch is supported by turned posts and enclosed by a balustrade. Stone posts flank the steps to the porch.
Other structural elements feature a mix of treatments:
* Walls are covered in clapboard and wood shingles
* Singles are in varied patters
* The windows are irregularly placed and come in a variety of sizes and shapes
* Intersecting roof gables with different elevations and orientations lead a picturesque character.
Streetscape: At and near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Central Avenue, three contrasting Victorians stand next and opposite to each other.
