På Kommunteknik finns över 400 kvadratmeter solfångare för varmvattenproduktion, de är kopplade till fjärrvärmenätet. Dessutom finns installerat solcellsanläggningar för elproduktion och för att skydda mot övervärme.

On the buildings used by the technology department of the municipality there are more than 400 square meters of solar thermal collectors. They’re used for warm water production and connected to the district heating system of the city. There are also solar panels for production of electricity and for protection against excess heat.
