Features a Garden Rooftop where mint, parsley, fennel, basil, celery, oregano, thyme, sage, radishes, multiple lettuces, cherry tomatoes, bay leaves, beans, eggplant, hot peppers, & cucumbers are grown.
They have partnerships with some farmers from the Union Square Farmers' market. They like to form partnerships with farmers because it creates a very healthy business bond. Rosemary's gives consistent business to the farms, and the local farms offer a quality product. Also, it lends to the overall goal of creating a community-supporting business.
