The owners of 'Wichcraft are dedicated to serving fresh, simple food from local purveyors and still allow a sandwich to-go feel. The ’wichcraft menu includes sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries – all made from scratch daily. They prepare almost everything in their own kitchen, which allows them to hand pick each ingredient and ensure unparalleled quality. Whenever possible they work with small producers, use green market vegetables and serve sustainability raised meat. The are partnered with various local companies that all share their values and commitment to quality.Their beverages come from companies such as their coffee from La Colombe, soda from Boylan bottling company and teas from Mighty Leaf.

Co-founder Sisha Ortuzar describes it, "it's Craft between two pieces of bread!"
