Ness Botanic Gardens
Overview
Liverpool University’s botanical garden and research facility. Emphasis on research, conservation and education of the public and schoolchildren. Horsfall Rushby Visitor Centre opened in 2006, featuring a central courtyard area with reception, indoor cafe with outside seating area, shop, lecture theatre, conservatory and exhibition space.
The Garden open 10am - dusk. Last admission to the Garden 5pm.
The Visitor Centre, Shop & Plant Sales open 10am - 5pm.
Cafe open 10-5pm (last orders 4.30pm).
