As an historic fishing port, it is no wonder Old Akko is home to a number of quality seafood restaurants. Uri Buri is arguably one of the best. Just caught seafood prepared to perfection, simply grilled and seasoned with lemon and olive oil or rendered with a more contemporary flair utilizing local ingredients such as kumquat and local spice. 93 Haganah Street, Akko; 972 (4) 955 2212; Wed- Mon 12- 11PM; $$$ CC accepted
