The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Automated People Mover is an automated people mover system operating in the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The system is the world's most heavily traveled APM system, with a ridership of 64,000,000 people in 2002. The APM was designed to quickly transport passengers between Atlanta Airport's Main Terminal and the six airside concourses, which include major hubs for both Delta Air Lines and AirTran Airways.
