This presentation will outline the regulations in place for selling non-prepared foods in Baltimore City and County at non-brick and mortar locations. Such topics will include the definition of ""processed"" vs. ""unprocessed"" food, and the selling of such food out of farm stands, farmer’s markets, food carts, and food trucks. 11 W. Mt.
