Juice Generation is a juice bar created to serve "New Yorkers of all lifestyles, ages, and dietary backgrounds the energizing effects of fresh, raw juices made with premium ingredients - conveniently and affordably." Juice Generation is a member of the Green Restaurant Association and participates in NYC's Waste Challenge. The company uses organic and local produce and their cold-pressed juices and raw foods are all USDA Certified Organic.There are currently 12 stores in Manhattan with hopes to opening more shops.
