Serving healthy and delicious food, brought to you by the monks and students of the Zen Center. We emphasize fresh, living food, served with care in a unique and beautiful environment. This living/organic foods business is our heartfelt attempt to support the Zen Center financially, while remaining in rhythm with mother nature.
Hours:
Friday 4-9pm
Saturday 11am - 9pm
Beyond the café, we also provide:
*A small co-op with organic produce, bulk goods,
natural body-care and household products, ...
* Raw juice bar, sprouts, and wheatgrass
* Korean boutique with tea sets and gifts
*Library of books on raw food and healthy living
* Year-Round stall at Detroit's Eastern Market (Saturday 8am-3pm),
with produce and prepared sprouted foods
* Korean tea ceremony, available by reservation
