Vue d'ensemble
We use local farms with sustainable practices for as much as possible.
Offer a daily tasting menu for dinner seven nights a week and a separate, longer tasting menu for lunch on fridays, saturdays and sundays.
Not offer any a la carte options but we will make accommodations for food allergies.
The price of the menu is dictated by the price of ingredients.
