RAW Coffee Company imports the highest quality organic, fair trade beans from South America, Africa and South East Asia.
Each individual origin is hand roasted in our Probat coffee roaster to ensure consistency and maximum flavor. Freshly roasted whole beans are at their best 8 days after roasting and will remain good for two months. Ground coffee on the other hand will deteriorate as quickly as five minutes after exposure to oxygen and humidity, so must be stored securely in an air tight container in a cool dark cupboard ~ but not the fridge!
To make certain your coffee is absolutely fresh, we do recommend that you grind your beans just prior to preparing.
