This is a family owned and operated farm that believes in allowing animals to do exactly what God intended them to do - graze peacefully and grow naturally. This is a certified farm through Global Organic Alliance and holds organic certificates to reflect the beef, veal, pork, chicken, pasture and hay that is produced here.

Cattle feed on organically managed fields without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. As a result of this, they grow at a normal rate, as opposed to an accelerated rate such as when locked in a feed lot and fed only grain. Our cattle are never fed grain. Organic hay is harvested all summer long and stored for their consumption throughout the winter months.
