Architecture firm tvs design upgraded, redesigned and expanded their existing space at Promenade Two. The project was phased so tvs could remain productive during the renovation with one floor being completed every three months.
The new space was designed to be open, modern and green. To match this aesthetic, a sleek Tech Zone ceiling was installed with special diffusers to direct airflow across the open floor plan. The resulting exposed ductwork is attractive and ensures comfort in the offices, server room, fitness facility, and on the grand staircase. In the model room, McKenney’s installed special fans and a filtration system to carry fumes and other particles away from employees and their work.
The project was completed on time and on budget and is certified LEED Silver.
