Kalk Bay Fresh ETC. market celebrates eating locally! As part of the Slow Food Movement our ethos extends to promoting eating fresh organic produce at affordable prices, eating locally produced food that emphasizes traditional cooking and innovative forms of cooking. Encourages chefs and cooks who produce high quality exciting food to share it with the greater public and everything that is eco friendly, hand made or recycled. There will be a wonderful selection of books that are old and new! Some wonderful food and cakes from the Bo- Kaap community, clothing and many others that will titillate your senses.
This small indoor and outdoor monthly market is right opposite Dale Brook beach at the Kalk Bay Community Hall, 26 Main Road Kalk Bay. Whatever the weather come rain or shine we will be there along with our stalwart vendors to welcome you as we take you on a journey of discovering the talents of our vendors!
