Overview
This is a great resource and organization that the University of Missouri has set into place. This location is THE major green center for UM-Columbia. It is a multifaceted organization that includes academia, administration, students, faculty, and staff. Everyone is involved in this organization. They support recycling, inform decision makers and administration on campus about specific green-related topics, and implements sustainability projects. They work do green research in the area, work on buildings and infrastructure, and even do education and outreach in the community. This is a great eco-friendly organization that surely is an organization that all campuses should have.
