Overview
The Amanzimtoti Bird Sanctuary is centred around a large pond which attracts many waterfowl. The sanctuary also has a short 1km trail through a patch of forest, large lawned areas for picnicking and landscaped gardens.

Driving Directions: Take N2 south towards Amanzimtoti. From the N2 take the Moss Kolnik / KwaMakhutha off-ramp. Travel east along Moss Kolnik Drive. At T-junction turn right into Andrew Zondo Road (Kingsway Road), then right at traffic lights into Umdoni Road. The reserve is on the right.
