Overview
This local panini shop managed by a young couple, pledged to buy their ingredients from local farmers. They use biodegradable plates and cutlery, recycle glass and plastic bottles and support a local composting project. They organize concerts in the small garden with local musicians during the day or unplugged concerts in the evening to reduce the energy consumption and to raise awareness.
