In the Heart of the West Village
Blue Hill, which brothers Dan and David Barber opened in 2000, is a cozy café tucked away near Washington Square Park.
The “Bounty” of the Hudson Valley
The menu reflects fresh, local ingredients from nearby farms, including Blue Hill farm in Massachusetts and Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture.
Customers can order from the regular menu or from the “Farmer’s Feast” – a five course tasting inspired by the week’s harvest.
