: Established in partnership with the Family Enrichment Partnership of Hatteras Island (FEPHI), Outer Banks Hotline operates a thrift store to raise funds to support its mission of promoting a safe and compassionate community. Hotline is a private, non-profit human services organization that provides crisis intervention, temporary shelter, information and referrals, advocacy and prevention education services to residents of and visitors. FEPHI is a charitable corporation specifically organized to protect the welfare of children and improve the
quality of life of Hatteras Island families.
The thrift store offers low cost, gently used items for island residents while supporting and promoting the mission of its parent organizations.
