Overview
Sustainable Flatbush's Community Compost Project offers neighbors a local option to reduce waste by recycling their kitchen scraps. Since 2011 we've been turning “garbage” into "black gold" - rich fertilizer for our gardens and for neighborhood greening projects - while keeping tons (literally) of organic waste out of landfills!
