Overview
This park is a great place for family and friends to gather together to enjoy the city views, a playground, spray pool, skate park & sports courts. This park got its name with the indication that the land was once shaped like the head of an owl. It is like a hidden park that you can see while driving on the highway from brooklyn to manhattan. It is a great getaway from the city and noise of cars honking constantly.
