Overview
A permaculture-inspired garden at a Waldorf preschool / farm, incorporating sheet mulched, no-till gardens, perrenial vegetables, fruit trees, berry bushes, swales, rainwater harvesting, gravity fed water, pond, composting. The site is intended to be a learning resource for the children at the school, a demo and workshop site for adults, and a chance for me to experiement, learn, and grow my own food.
The garden beds are built on contour, and cover about 600 square feet. It will be expanded in the coming years.
