"Minisink Matters" community
Voices from the community of Minisink, NY, where the Millennium Pipeline Company, with the approval of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), has put a compressor station in the middle of a residential agricultural area. The residents are appealing FERC's decision to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in an effort to halt the operation of the facility which is now in service and venting harmful vapors into the community.
