Overview
Restaurant devoted to creating an environmentally responsible business by purchasing locally grown foods and serving them in the season in which they are grown. From the food they use, to the energy they use, they are constantly thinking about new ways to operate in an environmentally responsible way (using renewable energy-wind power and small hydroelectric power, earth-friendly dishwashing and cleaning products, conversion of kitchen grease into biodiesel fuel, use of recycled paper, biodegradable to-go containers, and more!).
