Overview
The Farm on Adderley aims to showcase new American menu that ensues seasonal and fresh produce that is sourced locally. They are also unique in the way that they decorated the restaurant with recycled furniture, which saved them a lot of money and also repurposes used material. They also have a garden, which is called 'Backyard Garden' and allows those who work at the restaurant to grow fresh, local herbs and spices to use at the restaurant. Community outreach is also key for the Chef who meets with members and gives tours in Brooklyn to educate people about how to use local ingredients at home.
