Overview
Blue Bottle Coffee roastery and coffee bar in Williamsburg offers high-quality coffee made with organic, shade-grown beans. They use compostable paper cups and their coffee bags are lined with cellophane, a wood-pulp derivative that makes them both recyclable and biodegradable. Their beans are blended in stainless tubs, rather than plastic, because the material is recyclable. This location offers a free public cupping every thursday at noon.
