Overview
Uses reclaimed wood for counter tops, tables, chairs from a barn in upstate New York.
Menu incorporates local and organically grown vegetables as well as local, hormone free and antibiotic free chicken. It also sources all of it's corn tortillas and burritos from a local shop in Queens, New York.
They also use utensils and packaging that can be composted and the restaurant composts all of its food scraps.
