Overview
Spread throughout the five boroughs, all of our skate parks offer an opportunity for individuals to perfect their skills on inline skates and skateboards. Riverside Skate Park opened in the summer of 1995 and features five ramps including half pipes, quarter pipes, and rails.
Hours: Thursdays through Mondays, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (summer schedule)
All hours are subject to change due to inclement weather. Unless otherwise specified, the Department of Parks & Recreation will provide an attendant during official operating hours. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver (those under 18 will need their guardian's signature) before being allowed to use the facility.
Requirements for use:
A signed liability waiver
Helmet
Knee pads
Elbow pads
Wristguards(for those under age 18 only)
Notes: No bikes permitted.
