Overview
A six story six family residential multifamily building with a Community facility office on grade. The project is going for Passive House Certification, Living Building Challange, net zero etc.

The building is located at 67 Brighton 1st Place which is off Brighton 1st Street. Take the B to Brighton Beach, the Q to Ocean Parkway or F to Neptune Ave.
