Overview
The Penllergare Trust works for the protection, conservation and restoration of the cultural landscape of Penllergare Valley Woods. It raises awareness of the estate’s important past and helps to develop it sustainably for people and wildlife for the future. You can support the Penllergare Trust in its ambition through volunteering, becoming a Friend or donating.
The Trust also manages a volunteer-run cafe which sells homemade cakes and snacks and serves Fairtrade coffee. Organic cold drinks are also available.
The future of Penllergare depends on the Trust’s ability as a voluntary organisation to deliver an ambitious restoration and management programme. Whatever your background, interests or time limitations, there are many ways to get involved in volunteering at Penllergare Valley Woods. Whether you like research, outdoor physical work, catering, photography, or fundraising, please do get in touch.
