Overview
Le groupe de recherche d’intérêt public du Québec (GRIP) à Concordia est un centre de ressources dédié à la recherche et à la mobilisation étudiante et communautaire. Notre mission : sensibiliser la population à divers enjeux sociaux et environnementaux et soutenir la mobilisation citoyenne. Nous ancrons nos démarches dans une analyse et une pratique d’anti-oppression. Nous voulons resserrer les liens entre le campus et la communauté et encourager le changement social par une approche humaine, inclusive et non-hiérarchique.
Le GRIP à Concordia s’engage à être accessible à tous et à toutes. Nous nous opposons activement à toute forme de discrimination et d’oppression. Le GRIP est un organisme sans but lucratif, indépendant de la direction de l’université et des syndicats étudiants, subventionné par les étudiant(e)s et dirigé par des bénévoles. Nous invitons la collectivité et la communauté étudiante à utiliser notre espace et nos ressources et à participer à nos projets.

The Quebec Public Interest Research Group at Concordia is a resource centre for student and community research and organizing. We strive to raise awareness and support grassroots activism around diverse social and environmental issues. Our work is rooted in an anti-oppression analysis and practice. We seek to make campus-community links and inspire social change through engaging, inclusive and non-hierarchical approaches.
QPIRG Concordia is committed to being inclusive and accessible to all. We are actively opposed to all forms of discrimination and oppression. QPIRG is a volunteer-driven, student-funded, non-profit organization that is independent from the Concordia administration and student unions. Both students and community members are welcome to make use of our space and resources as well as participate in QPIRG projects.
