Goodwill is a non-profit organization. Goodwill's mission promotes equity by working to "enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity, and helping people in need reach their full potential through learning and the power of work." In addition, this company has a program called the Goodwill Sustainability Program. It is built on Goodwill’s value of environmental stewardship and designed to support the Goodwill network grow their internal sustainability programs.
