Overview
Shuk HaCarmel is Tel Aviv's oldest and largest market and features hundred of vendors loudly presenting local goods and regional specialties. Exploring the locally sourced produce, native olives, brined and smoked fish, fresh baked breads, hand made cheese and a number of small food stalls are an exciting way to taste the Balkan, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors that have found their way to Israel's cultural capital.
