LWMV Limited Partnership
Overview
The LWMV Limited Partnership is a partnership that was formed between LW Partners, (also owners of Lorenz Williams at the time), and Miller-Valentine Partners, Real Estate Developers, to own, operate and renovate the historic Old Post Office building back in 1994 in response to a need of the United States Bankruptcy Courts for new courtrooms . The partnership?s reinvestment in this beautiful Dayton landmark continues today, and will soon include the installation of new thermo pane windows to make the building more energy efficient.
