The Unusual Food Company specialise in producing breads, sweet and savoury pastries, vegetarian food and dietary foods using as many local ingredients as possible. Our range includes gluten-free and wheat-free products. We are based in Ystalyfera in the Swansea Valley.

We pride ourselves on using local food producers for our ingredients where possible and our range includes Fairtrade produce. Our entire range is produced by ourselves in-house which enables us to create innovative food tailor-made to meet your requirements.

We are developing an exciting new range of gluten-free and wheat-free products to suit people with special dietary requirements such as coeliacs. Our newly launched range includes delicious gluten-free muffins and more products are being developed.
