Current Use:
- Garage.

History:
- The building on that lot was demolished in early 1940s.
- The lot was then bought by Mary Alfano and Marian Salvato in 1948, and they used it as a parking and auto sales lot (S. & A. Auto Sales Services).
- The current garage was built around the year 2000.

Overall condition:
- Excellent overall condition;
- Very new (2000), different architecture than the surrounding buildings.

- Garage.
