COMPLETED: Daffodils at exit 80 on Interstate 95.
Overview
In the fall of 2015, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) collaborated to improve the view along I95 at exit 80. They planted 5,000 daffodils along the edge of the interstate.
