Overview
Gabriëlskloof is a family owned and run wine estate just off the N2 outside Botrivier. With sweeping views of the Babilonstoren mountains and the surrounding wheat fields, understated architecture and stylish, comfortable interiors, our aim is to show visitors true Overberg hospitality. In a relaxing atmosphere we invite you to taste our wines and olive oil, accompanied perhaps hearty meat and cheese platter, or tasted as part of our perfect food and wine pairing.
Across the lawn is The Restaurant @Gabriëlskloof, ready to entice locals and seasoned travellers alike with mouth-watering, sincere cuisine and a deli filled to the rafters with all things handmade, homemade, delicious, fresh and beautiful.
The farm and vineyards were established in 2000, with our first vintage made in the cellar in 2009. Some years on, we are confident that as our roots dig ever deeper into Botrivier our understanding of the terroir will multiply, along with wines that elegantly, understatedly, simply speak for themselves.
