Jerusalem
Morduch
개요
Located at the edge of the Machane Yehuda Market, Morduch serves up what many argue is the best kubbeh outside of their grandmothers. Kubbeh comes from the Mizrahi food tradition with versions hailing from across the Levant. Consisting of bulgur wheat stuffed with a mixture of ground meat, onion, spices and pine nuts kubbeh can be fried, baked or boiled in a soup. Morduch serves the former and latter transporting diners back to the old world kitchens of their homelands. Kubbeh, for many, is the physical manifestation of ancestral roots across the region. 70 Agripas Street, Jerusalem; 972 (2) 624 5169; Sun- Thurs 10 AM-11 PM, Fri 9 AM- afternoon; $ cash only
