Built in 1890, the house was named "Oakhurst Villa," commemorating Oakhurst, the town south of Long Branch? Its one-story porch extends on both side, with Colonial-style columns and balustrades at floor and roof levels. The asymmetrical second floor has a corner porch.
Streetscape: At and near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Central Avenue, three contrasting Victorians stand next and opposite to each other.
