Biohabitats is a company dedicated to conservation planning, ecological restoration, and regenerative design. Services include projects focused on natural/cultural resources, landscape ecology/conservation biology, community planning, climate change, and natural capital/ecosystem services. Offices exist in several regions throughout the U.S., with the headquarters and office for the Chesapeake/Delaware Bays Bioregion located in Baltimore.
The Baltimore office is designed with green materials, sustainable building practices, and eco-friendly technology such as the biofilter plant wall, a vertical garden dotted with semi-tropical and tropical plants through which HVAC system is filtered.
